Galway Bay Brewery Running Club (GBBRC) is a voluntary run organisation supported by Galway Bay Brewery. This privacy policy will explain how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

You directly provide GBBRC with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
- We don’t actively collect the data submitted via our WhatsApp, Facebook or Strava groups (and other social media channels), but may use it for promotional purposes.

GBBRC collects your data so that we can:

GBBRC will keep your form submissions for 1 year. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

At some point in the future, GBBRC might like to send you information about products or events of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
